The conversation
Your history, routine, and goals — in person or by video. You do most of the talking; we ask the questions that matter.
The examination
Dr. Eqbal assesses your skin or scalp and explains what she sees in plain language — including what does not need treating.
Your written plan
You leave with a written protocol: what to do, what to avoid, what it costs, and when we follow up. No pressure to book anything else.
That is the whole appointment.
No treatment is booked on the day, and nothing is sold to you in the room. You choose what happens next once you have the plan in your hands.
